A ChiroMatrix website for chiropractors includes several different ways to track the performance of your online marketing efforts. These analytics tools are readily accessible through iControl, which is also called the back end of your website.
Getting started is easy, simply click on “Client Administration” located at the very bottom of your website. This will take you to the iControl Login screen. The screen will ask for your Username and Password.
Once you log in to iControl, you will see a built-in dashboard that measures website analytics. You will see a “Page Views” analytics chart, as well as a “Website Activity” pie chart. The chart entitled “Page Views” measures how many visitors land on your website each day across the date range selected. This metric will tell you what days of the week have the most traffic and how many visitors your website gets every month. These statistics are great for monitoring website activity and alert you if the traffic has gone down so you can make adjustments.
The pie chart “Website Activity” displays the number of requested appointments, submitted lead generation forms, signups on the landing page, and how many emails were submitted. You can add additional metrics to be tracked by creating forms using the dynamic iForm tool.
Adjust the date range as necessary and refresh the charts to view metrics within a certain time frame and to compare results.
You can also add a call tracking feature to your website that monitors how many calls are generated by your website. The call tracking feature allows you to have calls recorded. You can listen to the recorded calls by simply clicking on the “Play” link in the iControl Call Tracking feature.
The “Website Contacts” section of your chiropractic website provides you another avenue for measuring the success of your website. In “Website Contacts” you will see potential patients who signed up for your website newsletter and have shown interest in your website offerings. In this section, you can email each new subscriber, thank them for their interest, and offer them an incentive to visit your chiropractic office.
