Our goal is to get your website up and running as soon as possible. Typically, we can have your new website live by the end of your kick-off call with our Onboarding Team.
Yes! We encourage you to make edits to your new website regularly after it has been set live. You will need a username and password to access the editor.

We set up the video shoot with a professional videographer in your local area. The videographer will arrive at your location on the designated time and day and will have 12 hours of time to shoot video and audio. Make sure that all staff and clients needed are available during that time frame. Find out more on video solutions.

Your website comes standard with basic local optimization tools, but you can perform specific on-page SEO that best applies to your business. Our Support and Onboarding teams can provide guidance on how to access and edit your website for SEO.  

Managed SEO is available in certain packages. Your Google-certified account manager will create a customized SEO strategy for your practice that takes into account your business objectives, local market, services, local competition and goals. Pay-per-click ads are set up using your Google AdWords account. For packages that include PPC services, an account will be created for you. A Google AdWords Certified Account Manager will create optimized ads based on your keywords that target people in your local area. Find out more on PPC solutions.
Benchmark reports will be emailed to you on a monthly basis for PPC solutions and quarterly for SEO solutions, depending on your enrollment and activation date. Reports on press release publication and syndication will be available two weeks after publication.
